At Aaina Women Wear, we value your satisfaction and strive to make your shopping experience smooth and enjoyable. Please read our Cancellation and Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.
Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing them, provided they haven’t been processed or shipped.
Once the order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
To cancel your order, please email us at support@aainawomenwear.com with your Order ID and Reason for Cancellation.
If approved, the refund (if prepaid) will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Returns & Exchange
We accept returns or exchanges only if:
The product you received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
You contact us within 48 hours of delivery with proper proof (photo/video).
Items must be unused, unwashed, and with all original tags, packaging and proper video of package opening
Products like innerwear, accessories, or items bought during sale/offers are not eligible for return or exchange.
Refunds (If Applicable)
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we’ll notify you about the refund status.
Approved refunds will be initiated within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.
Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after 10 days:
Recheck your bank account or payment wallet.
Contact your bank or card issuer; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
