  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

  • In case of high demand or festivals, order processing may take slightly longer. If so, you’ll be informed via email or SMS.


2. Shipping Duration

  • We deliver across India through our trusted courier partners.

  • Once shipped, your order will typically reach you within:

    • Metro Cities: 3–5 business days

    • Other Cities/Towns: 5–8 business days

    • Remote Areas: 8–10 business days

  • Delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control such as weather, courier delays, or unforeseen circumstances.


3. Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping is available on all prepaid orders above ₹999.

  • A nominal delivery fee may apply to orders below ₹999 or in certain remote locations.

  • The final shipping cost (if applicable) will be displayed during checkout.


4. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email/SMS notification with your tracking number and courier details.

  • You can track your order directly on the courier partner’s website or from the “Track Order” section on our website.


5. Delayed or Lost Packages

  • If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected time, please contact us at support@aainawomenwear.com with your Order ID.

  • We’ll coordinate with our courier partner to resolve the issue promptly.

  • Aaina Women Wear will not be responsible for delays caused by incorrect shipping addresses, natural disasters, or courier strikes.


6. International Shipping

  • Currently, we ship only within India.

  • If you receive a damaged or incomplete parcel, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos.
