All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
In case of high demand or festivals, order processing may take slightly longer. If so, you’ll be informed via email or SMS.
2. Shipping Duration
We deliver across India through our trusted courier partners.
Once shipped, your order will typically reach you within:
Metro Cities: 3–5 business days
Other Cities/Towns: 5–8 business days
Remote Areas: 8–10 business days
Delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control such as weather, courier delays, or unforeseen circumstances.
3. Shipping Charges
Free shipping is available on all prepaid orders above ₹999.
A nominal delivery fee may apply to orders below ₹999 or in certain remote locations.
The final shipping cost (if applicable) will be displayed during checkout.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email/SMS notification with your tracking number and courier details.
You can track your order directly on the courier partner’s website or from the “Track Order” section on our website.
5. Delayed or Lost Packages
If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected time, please contact us at support@aainawomenwear.com with your Order ID.
We’ll coordinate with our courier partner to resolve the issue promptly.
Aaina Women Wear will not be responsible for delays caused by incorrect shipping addresses, natural disasters, or courier strikes.

Currently, we ship only within India.

If you receive a damaged or incomplete parcel, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos.
